We are looking for a Process Server to help serve court documents in the GTA.  If you are someone that is comfortable driving in Toronto, Ontario and surrounding areas, and is interested in a part time contract position with us,  contact Process Serving AACES today to discuss your future as a Process Server!

Duties and Responsibilities of a Process Server

Qualifications to become a Process Server with Process Serving AACES

A Process Server's qualifications include the following:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must be able to provide a valid PRC (Police Record Check)

  • Must be willing to travel throuhgout our Process Serving area of service

  • Must have a valid G driver's licence

  • Must have a reliable vehicle

  • Must possess exceptional conflict resolution skills

  • Must have excellent reading, writing, and communication skills

  • Must have great organizational skills

  • Must possess good time management skills

  • Must be interested in the legal field

  • Must have a flexible availability
