The Process Serving AACES' GTA Process Server can provide a Flat Rate Process Service in Scarborough for only $120.00 and the rest of the Toronto for $170.00. Our Toronto Process Servers and GTA Process Servers will provide up to three (3) attempts of service (on different days) and also provide a Commissioned Affidavit of Service. There are No mileage fees for the Process Serving AACES' Flat Rate Process Service within the GTA.

Or, If you have a good idea as to when the recipient of your documents will be home, our Toronto & GTA Process Server can offer you a "Pay as You Go" Process Service within the GTA and you only pay for what you need. And at $60.00 + $0.75/KM + tax for the process serving of you court documents (on a single attempt of service within the GTA). And with a Commissioned Affidavit of Service included in this price, you can't go wrong. Please note that each additional attempt of service is $20.00 + $0.75/KM + tax.
